Calypso Flowers - Burwood Road, Hawthorn Victoria, 3122
If you receive your flowers in a vase, box or pot, check them daily, top up water and remove dead blooms.
If they arrive as a bouquet or posy, trim the stems by about 2cm, and place them in a vase of fresh water to which the contents of the sachets has been added. Change the water every couple of days.
Don't put the flowers in direct sunlight, or near a heater.
Should your roses wilt after a day or two, recut the stems and place them in deep warm water for an hour before replacing them in a vase.
A tip for tulips... I find they will stand up straighter if you don't put too much water in the vase-however, you must remember to add water as they drink it! If they do droop too much for your liking, try placing them up high so that you can look up at them.
